I either get a general failure screen from AMD or something about an INF or the file not being located in Device Manager. I can't install any graphics drivers whatsoever. My graphics card is installed into my motherboard properly all of the fans are spinning, the cords are plugged in, and I'm getting a display just fine. I figured, "Oh, no, something's wrong with the drivers", and I went into Device Manager and promptly uninstalled my Display Adapter drivers. When all was said and done, though, I noticed that my performance in GTAV was really crappy all of a sudden, dipping from 60fps to 30fps whenever I was driving or walking around and only picking back up when I was standing still in an empty area.
I tried and tried and tried to get the game to work, but nothing worked, so I uninstalled it, asked for a request, and went on with my day. Activision recently released a bunch of Call of Duty games on Steam for half price, and I picked up Black Ops: Cold War.
A week ago, I inserted an RX 570 into my PC, flashed my BIOs, installed all of the drivers, and I was having a great time with it.
